Potatoes are excellent accompaniment to any dish, use this recipe for any meal.
- 9 potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 100 g of unsalted butter
- Grated Parmesan cheese
How to prepare
- Peel, wash and dry the potatoes. In each make butchers, distance 1/2 cm from each other, taking care not to reach the bottom of the potato slices are united at the base.
- Grease an ovenproof baking dish with butter, arrange the potatoes (with butchers up), sprinkle with salt and distribute small pieces of butter on each one. Take them to the hot oven, bake them for half an hour, basting them with the cooking fat.
- Just before removing them from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve the hottest.
Yield: 4 servings
You can also spray the potatoes with oregano.
