A sweet little cashew is very common in Brazil at parties, learn here how to make this delicious recipe.
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk Nestlé
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup roasted and ground peanuts
- 2 teaspoons of chocolate
- Refined sugar for rolling the candies
- Roasted peanuts
- Paper cups
How to prepare
Bring to low heat first 4 ingredients stirring until detached from the bottom of the pan.
After cool, rolling each candy and pass the sugar.
Place in paper cups, and each candy apply a half bushel of roasted peanuts.
Use condensed milk brand Nestlé.
In place of the chocolate you can use cocoa powder.
When you roll the dough do not grease your hands with margarine to not change the taste of little cashew. The ideal is to leave your hands wet by water whenever necessary.
The little cashew can be used as a filling for cake, as soon as the dough thickens, remove from heat, allow to cool and use.
For a more cool presentation, choose cups with color contrasting with the color of the candy.
