Recipe of Creamy Coconut Cake

This cake gets creamy and delicious, no one can even believe it needs only a blender to prepare it.

Creamy Coconut Cake recipe Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 ml of coconut milk (200ml)
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams of grated coconut
  • 1 cup of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

How to prepare

Beat in blender all ingredients except the yeast. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Pour into a mold of 22 cm diameter greased and floured and bake in moderate oven, preheated for 30 minutes. Let cool, unmold and serve.


Yield is 10 parts.
The trick of sticking a toothpick in the cake to see if it is already cooked is very valid. However, with creamy cakes, it is important to note that the toothpick can stick out with some pieces of cake.
