This snack is like a wrap, a sandwich to help you when you are hungry at night.
- 30 grams of fresh yeast
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt
- 3 cups of flour Special
- 1 egg for brushing
Ingredients for the filling
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt, vinegar and olive oil to taste
- 200 grams of sliced ham
- 200 grams of sliced cheddar
How to prepare the mix
In a bowl, dissolve fresh yeast in warm milk. Add oil, salt and mix well.
Pour the flour and mix until smooth. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
Past time, divide the dough into two parts. Open each part using a rolling pin and form two rectangles.
How to prepare the filling
Place tomatoes and onion in a recipient and season with salt, vinegar and olive oil.
Take a rectangles of dough, spread a layer of ham, the previously prepared vinaigrette and then the cheddar cheese. Roll like jelly roll, brush with egg and let sit for about 30 minutes on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
Sprinkle oregano, if desired, before rolling each one.
Serve with green leaves.

A different snack to surprise everyone! One can not eat just one, thanks God this recipe gives 45 crispy cheese.
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup all purpose flour Special
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water
How to prepare
- Reserve two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. In a bowl, combine flour, milk, margarine, remaining cheese and garlic.
- Place dough on a floured surface and knead until it get a smooth texture. Open the dough with a roll, leaving an inch thick. Make strips 2 cm wide by 5 cm long.
- Arrange the rectangles into greased and floured baking sheet, leaving space between them. Mix egg yolk with water and brush the rectangles.
- Sprinkle with reserved cheese and bake in hot oven until golden brown for about 15 minutes.
Can substitute Parmesan cheese for another kind of cheese.
Yield: 45 parts
A delicious blend of chocolate and cherries in this recipe for dessert, you'll love it!
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 200 grams of maraschino cherries with the syrup
- 3 cans of cream (without serum)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 and 1/2 packet of biscuits cornstarch (330 g)
- A bar of dark chocolate (200 g)
- 1 bar of milk chocolate (200g)
How to prepare the mousse
Melt all the chocolate in a double boiler.
Remove from heat and mix with a can and half of cream. Reserve.
How to prepare the cream
Beat the egg whites with sugar.
Toss with remaining cream. Reserve.
Assembly of Pave
Combine milk, rum and half a cup of cherry syrup. Dip the biscuits into this mix. Line the bottom and sides of pan with parchment paper and brush with oil. Reserve a bit of mousse to decorate.
Alternate layers of cookie, mousse, chopped cherry and cream until all ingredients are gone. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Unmold and drive over the reserved mousse.
Prepare this in advance if you want to take the pave out the pan.
If you want, make designs on top of the Pave using a fork.
Garnish with cherries or strawberries.

Soft inside and crispy on the outside, this recipe is very versatile and you can use with different fillings, do not miss out.
- 200ml of special flour
- 200ml water
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 3 eggs
- Bread crumbs
How to prepare
In a saucepan, add flour, water, salt and oil. Bring to simmering, stirring until the mixture thickens and comes off the pan. Let the dough cool, cover with a damp cloth. Spread it on a smooth surface. Roll out the dough with a roller, the thickness of 3mm. With a knife cut the dough in the desired format. In the center of each, add half teaspoon of filling. Fold the dough and press the edges well. Dip the each rissole in beaten eggs then in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
You can fill the rissoles with a ground beef stew, shrimp, chicken sauteed, cheese or other filling of your choice.
Serve rissoles warm.
Potatoes, cheddar, ham and tomatoes. This big gnocchi is mouthwatering!
- 1 kg potato
- 10-12 tablespoons flour particular
- 2 eggs
- 400 grams of cheddar
- 400 grams of ham
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 clean dish towels (white no paint)
How to prepare
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and pass through the potato masher over a large bowl. Allow to cool. Fill a large pot with enough water and boil over high heat. Meanwhile, dig a depression in the center of the mass of potatoes and add the beaten eggs, flour and salt.
Mix, making circular movements from the inside out. Knead until dough is smooth.
Divide the mass into two parts. Extend each part of dough over a clean towel and stretch them.
On the dough distribute a layer of cheddar and a layer of ham. With the help of the towel wrap as a jelly roll without removing the towel. Tie the edges of the roll with strings and cook for about 45 minutes.
Place each roll in a refractory and cover with the sauce of tomatoes already heated.
You can vary the filling.
Serve immediately after removing the rolls of boiling water.
Spray the rolls with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
