Ingredients
- 1 liter of water
- 1 and 1/2 cup of rice
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Lime peel
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
How to prepare
Cook in 1 liter of water the rice with salt and lemon peel.
Brown a little 1/2 cup of sugar, add the milk and when boiling add the cooked rice. Stir well.
Add condensed milk and continue stirring until smooth and creamy. When cold, put at the fridge.
Mom Tips
The condensed milk may be replaced by four spoons of milk powder with a little water.
In cooking rice, if desired, add 2 cinnamon sticks.
Serve well chilled showered with cinnamon.

How to prepare
Wash the wheat, let it soak until it grows. After, drain well and squeeze the wheat taking all the water.
Filling
- In a saucepan, add the oil, 1 onion, 1 pound of ground beef, salt to taste and fry well.

- 10 ripe red apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon of powdered alloy neutral

How to prepare
- In a saucepan, add the apples, sugar, cook over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

- 1 and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

Ingredients Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
- 6 chopped capers
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley and chives, chopped
How to prepare
Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper and lemon juice . Pass them lightly to the flour, shaking slightly to remove excess. Next, beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper. Dip the floured fish slices in beaten eggs now and then in breadcrumbs. Mix the remaining oil with the butter and heat, fry the slices one by one until well browned. If it gets too thick after fried, add in an ovenproof baking dish and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients without knocking. Serve by placing a tablespoon of sauce on each fillet.
