Breaded Onion (other versions) recipe Ingredients

  • 250 ml of milk (1 cup)
  • 250 ml flour (1 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • A sliced onion about 1 cm

How to prepare

Beat in a blender milk, flour, egg, salt and oil. Dip onion rings in the dough and fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown, turning them so they browned on both sides. Remove and add paper towel.

Mom Tips

If the dough is too thin add 1 tablespoon of flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs

How to prepare

Beat the egg whites, then add the egg yolks and continue beating. Separate the onion slices and sequentially pass them in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry with little oil.

Always use breadcrumbs legitimate and not industrialized.

How to prepare

  4. Sprinkle salt over if you want.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 250 grams of icing sugar

How to prepare

  1. Beat the egg white at the batter.
  2. Add lemon juice and add sugar.

Tip

The icing can be colored with dye after gel icing ready.
